Grateful for ability to manage second or third month off medication. Not in best of shape; but stable enough to go through the motions of day-to-day existence. Lonely. Struggling. Finding smiles difficult to force. Can't wait to get on the better side of things. It's gonna be a long, long time until then and things will first get worse before improving. Sorry, about letting my kids down - and the dog. Hate making mom sad during phone calls... getting harder and harder to place calls. Please, hold me close God; protect me, like you have many times before.
I need a hair cut.
